UBUNTU WELLNESS CLUB CARD
Terms and Conditions
1. You must be a committed
traveler on the Road to Wellness to qualify for the Ubuntu Wellness Loyalty
Card’s benefits, including the spa discounts of between 10-30% at the Cape Town
Medi-Spa.
2. A 10-50% discount will be
redeemable at selected wellness and lifestyle service providers, including
Medi-Spa, Ubuntu Wellness and many others (SEE LIST BELOW).
TERMS include
3a. You must have accessto the internet to complete and maintain your Wellness Inventory program.
b. Any treatment, that is
done via participating practitioners in the Ubuntu Loyalty Card scheme at
Medi-Spa, including beauty, bodywork and medical services. Includes selected
treatment products and retail products.
3. Card customers must present
their Loyalty Card on redemption of their discounts, or on booking.
4. The discount is only applicable
to the Cardholder, and does not include relatives and friends.
5. The discount cannot be used
in conjunction with any other special that is being run at a provider, ie. should
Medi-Spa be running a promotion on massages; an Ubuntu Card holder client will
not be legible for an additional % discount on top.
2. Payment
Payments stuctures are by
direct debit, preferably by bank but also possible via credit card.
This will reflect monthly for
one year, at the beginning of the each month in advance for that month period. Occasional once off (not direct debit) amazing specials via Zappon and Deal Platforms may become available. Move quickly here. Give the gift of wellness!
3. Provider List
Ubuntu Wellness will email you updates on the growing
benefits of the Club Card, via a list of providers and contact details which
will be maintained on the ClubCard Benefit Provider Section of the website. It is
recommended card holders frequently check in to see new additions to the
network to maximize their benefits.
